REQUIREMENT

All applicants must be U.S. citizens

All applicants must be between the ages of 9 and 18 and maintain a minimum “C” (2.0) grade point average, as well as remain in good standing at school. Our program is committed to providing a drug-free and gang-free environment for all participants.

Applicants must also demonstrate commitment, responsibility, and dedication by attending all required drill days, training sessions, and scheduled events. Consistent participation is essential to being a successful member of the program.

MEDICAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must be physically capable of safely participating in the activities and training required by the United States Cadet Corps (USCC). As part of the enrollment process, applicants may be required to complete a basic physical examination, similar to a school or youth sports physical, and provide medical clearance when appropriate.

Because some program activities may be physically demanding, parents or guardians should disclose any medical conditions, physical limitations, or prescribed medications that could affect an applicant’s ability to participate safely. Conditions such as asthma, developmental or neurological conditions, or other health concerns will be considered based on the applicant’s individual abilities, safety, and medical guidance, rather than the diagnosis alone.

Applicants should not discontinue or alter any prescribed medication, including medication used to treat ADD or ADHD, without first consulting a qualified healthcare professional. Additional medical documentation or clearance may be requested when necessary to ensure the health and safety of the applicant.
